Darksiders 2 Help needed (minimal spoliers)

    just found a Gold tome with a latch holding 4 stone slabs in Baneswood. its on a pillar in the back corner and you can only get it with deathgrip. i can move it around but i have no option to pick it up. anyone know what it is? or know if its just for show.

    its in the corner where you find a blue stonebite just sitting on the ground.

    ill get a Screenshot of its locations added if i can find one

    This gold tome is part of a side quest you'll get later. Just keep the location in mind for later. I didn't do this till after I had completed The Forge Lands main quests.

    Hope that helps and was minimal spoiler enough for you. If not I'll tell you more about it just ask.

    the spoiler was for others lol. but thanks for the tip. however ive finished the forge lands area accept for revisits of closed areas. is this a quest i get much later or have i not talked to someone who gives it to me?. lmk ty

    You'll get the quest from Oran in The Fjord. He's Golem/construct you awaken with the Makers key this is one of 2 quests he'll ask of you.

    Dust is pretty much a lost cause. He's only good for main quest stuff.

    Another gripe about Dust lol, Seeing a little glow at the corner of a screen thinking it might be a item and it turns out to be that damn bird.

    Ok Let's review. You already collected he's body parts for (1st quest he gives) and have exited The Forge Lands to The Kingdom of the Dead. but have yet to unlock his second quest.

    Well you could always keep going and check back there later. I men hell you'll need to go back to do The Bloodless quest and again once you have Soul Splitter and The Void Walker.

    everything ive found shows him giving it directly after finishing wandering stone :\

    started a new save to see if its because i finished that quest to late in the story or if its glitched.
