Resolved cant use 360Revolutions??? help!

    i've downloaded WinRar and iv'e downloaded 360 Revolutions but it tells me "to run this application you must first install one of the following versions of the .Net framework: V4.0.30319 ??? help I dont know what to do:(((

    if you installed .net and then restarted your computer it will work. that's what the error is.
