To use it you will need a flash drive (to move the game files (I recommend you make a copy of the game first)) and a program to extract the files (360 has one built in)\ First, open 360 and sign in next, go to the tools tab and open usb explorer Then, Find the game file and extract it to the desktop for now go to gamesave mods and find the game you want in the list (it doesnt have every game but they update it often) once you click the game you want a window will open in 360, click file then open and find the file on the desktop then edit it however you want Lastly, when your done editing click file then save, and in the corner it will say something about rehasing and resigning, then delete the file in the usb explorer and move the one from the desktop into the file explorer, close, and move it back to your xbox Hope that helps!
