Roughly 30~140 moonstones (depending on the level of weapon you are trying to create) Two legendary weapons (not Class mods, Oz tanks, Shields, or Grenade mods). 1 purple gun you want upgraded to Legendary of the same type (SMG, Pistol, Shotgun, etc...) Access to the Grinder Steps Go to the grinder machine and place the two legendary weapons in the top and middle slots The bottom slot is where you place the purple weapon type you want to be legendary (place a SMG in the bottom slot and the grinder will produce a Legendary SMG, shotgun into a Legendary shotgun, etc...) Have roughly 30~140 Moonstones to be able to hit X to Grind weapon with Moonstones to guarantee you a Legendary weapon. Examples:
