Any character is fine just want to get all my percentages to 100%. I am having a big problem using Gibbed so I can't do it. Thanks in advance.

you cant do it in gibbed as the data is stored in your profile not the save file ,use phillymasters gpd editor it works fine online too
There is a modded save located somewhere on YouTube that when you load it and kill something you get 6000 badass tokens. I will try and find it if you want but it'll be hard.
