Blue Ribbon Champ- bioshock infinite

for xbox 360

 

I'm looking for a save too, most of these challenges are extremely frustrating. A save with all but one challenge unlocked to unlock the achievement (not necessary if its load-and-pop) would be appreciated.

 

The Bioshock Infinite mods work for the DLC so you can give yourself MAX money and buy up all the the upgrades to make this a bit easier.

 

Im also looking for this save, have all the upgrades but it is still impossible, way harder than 1999 mode :why:

I already modded my save with some money to buy all weapon and vigor upgrades, but it is still very difficult. It would be a lot easier if we can select the wave we want to start on instead of having to restart the entire map if you fail a challenge.

 

Would love this as well. Also, whoever sees this and is interested in making a save, it may be easier for all who eventually plan on downloading and using if the challenge that is not completed be the first one of the level so someone won't have to go through the frustration of playing through 14/15 waves to turn around and fail the final one that is needed

 

Yeah would like this one as well. Im in the process of working on one. I left the very first ribbon to be won but its frustrating because most of the ones I need now are in the higher level waves.

There's a save uploaded on Modio with 59 Ribbons, you could try that one.

 

If anyone tries this one, let us know how it works out

 

If there is a save for CiTC on Modio right now, it must be VIP only as I cant see one posted. Either that or I am a moron. Both possibilities are likely.

Tried out the save, the ribbon that is needed is 4-13, still hard, but a lot easier, if anyone can beat it, post it up and we can see if we make easier one.

 

Has there been any success unlocking this with the save from aksh0le?

 

hi im new to the website and im basically in need of help from the bottom up as to how i get around to using this. i just want to unlock this achievement on xbox 360 as easily as possible i have almost everything else done. my main question is do i need a modded xbox? or could i somehow use something here with the one i have (i'd prefer to not mod the box i only want this one achievement) i would appreciate any help at all. also if you choose to help me assume i dont know anything about anything. because i probably dont.

 

OK .. loaded up this save, and here's some problems:

user has already got all of the galley items for the achievement, and it doesn't pop ... I assume there's no way to fix that
he's also missing blue ribbons 7 and 13 in the 4th zone (forget the name)
kill and combo achievements are also broken, probably because he already unlocked them in his game, and they are stored in the savegame file.

conclusion ... we really need an ability to mod our own CitC files. Guys at Horizon, please fix your modding tool to allow us to do that.
you can then make it so we can mod and unlock all but one ribbon (the first) on each map, and will have had nothing bought in the gallery.

 

well i ended getting this legit and its not too bad if you only need 4-7 and 4-13 do 4-13 because people say it unlocks when 4-7 hasnt been completed and heres a trick for wave 13

Wave 13.

Enemies: Soldiers

Blue Ribbon Challenge: Defeat each enemy with the same weapon-type it wields.

This is another Challenge where an exploit/glitch works in your favour. In essence, it's a Resurrection Door/Raining Bodies exploit, and thus you will need a Resurrection Door to make it work. As soon as the round begins don't bother shooting anyone and just let yourself die, when you're resurrected don't press to open the door. The enemies will be trying to get to you but will just end up jumping off and committing suicide. Once there are 11 enemies remaining, go through the door by pressing and just stand there. Many more enemies will follow the others and you should end up with a big pile of bodies to the right of you. They finally stop jumping off when there are 4-5 enemies remaining, thus leaving you with a couple of Machine Gunner or Shotgun enemies to finish off. If you didn't start the Wave with the weapons they are carrying, all the weapons you need will be located on the airships above you.
