Black Ops 2 Freeze on Start

    I recently downloaded Black Ops 2 again and whenever I start it, it seems to just black screen. It does not freeze however. If I eject the disc tray it sends me to the FSD dash. I'm on dash kernel 16203. I played it back on 14699 with no problems. I've tried to unload dashlaunch, tried the latest versions of dashlaunch, turn off and on a bunch of plugins, and getting different versions of the game. Nothing has happened. I've been searching the internet for hours for answers so I'm just asking now. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
