    Alongside the 2 GB mandatory install, there's 14 GB of optional content.

    Battlefield 4 will include a 14 GB install option on Xbox 360, which should be used for optimal performance.

    In a new FAQ, developer DICE explained that it "highly recommend" performing the install in order to have "the best experience possible in Battlefield 4."

    In addition to the 2GB mandatory install, you'll also be offered the chance to install 6.6 GB of content from the multiplayer disc, or disc 1, and 5.8 GB of content from the single player disc, which is disc 2.

    Battlefield 4 is set to launch on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC on October 29 in North America, October 31 in Australia and November 1 in Europe. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions will be available when the consoles launch
