Microsoft has moved to clear up some confusion relating to banned Xbox Live users and access to Xbox One games. The Xbox Support Twitter account had previously stated that, “If your account is banned, you also forfeit the licenses to any games that have licenses tied to it as listed in the ToU.” What that essentially means is that thanks to the Xbox One’s connected nature, if you were banned from Xbox Live you would not be able to play any of your Xbox One games, whether online or offline. Because, as we know, offline doesn't really exist on the Xbox One. However, Microsoft’s Major Nelson has since clarified the situation, saying that the statement was "absolutely" untrue. Apparently, you will "always have access to the games you purchased," regardless of your Xbox Live status. So that’s cleared that one up then. We’re not sure we’ve ever seen a product launch with such mixed messaging. Regardless, here's a tip: don't get banned from Xbox Live. Source - X360A

Omg... Im not even sure why there putting out a system at all? seems to be a big waste of money for them since NO ONE WANTS IT..
I do, i can't wait to get the console. Nothing that people seem to hate about is new to be honest? Always online? Well most players including myself are always online when we play Xbox. Used games? I and my friends always buy new, at least with new sometimes you get some good DLC and at least you know its a fresh copy. Nothing about the Xbox one is new, most of us do it anyways. Plus Microsoft said they will have steam like sales on digital downloads in the future, so when PS4 gamers are paying £40 a game, Xbox one gamers will be paying £20 or less.
LOL, well you enjoy that... I dont hate, get whatever system you like the most! since thats all that really matters to the individual buyer. Ill stick with the ps4, you stick with microsuck.
Well i wouldn't say truth, its more of your opinion. The PS4 is an amazing machine, the Xbox one is an amazing machine. All it comes down to really is the exclusives you enjoy most. For me the Xbox is perfect, it has amazing exclusives, all my friends play it, smooth UI. I think the internet at the moment is just on a Xbox hate bandwagon, when the truth is no one has played them yet, so have no idea how things work. At the end of the day, Microsoft is a very successful company, so i'm sure they know what their doing.
im sorry but am I the only one that finds MS so funny? They have only stated a few things that are accurate when they announce them, about 80% of the stuff they say has to be changed after the fact. MS needs to get their head out of their ass before they lose this generation of gaming
Video Removed. Image Removed. not liking what iv read about Xbox one this whole Kinect B.S and the mic possibley allways being on wonder if they added the popup "please wait while we upload your life to the NSA Cloud Server"
Thing is though, all this about the DRM on the xbox one will be done if they ever crack the security and allow for copies to be played
