I resolve that problem ... i just refresh the atribute 777 for ASSASSINSCREED4SAVEGAME1A & ASSASSINSCREED4SAVEGAME1B files

i think you must put the atribute 777 those files before you open the game
if it's matter my username on the game it's HHR

Can you tell me how to change the attribute to 777? I have the same problem after completing sequence 11.

 

The issue is resolved by simply purchasing 2 swords before beginning sequence 12.
