So this new thread is about the Borderlands 2 patch which caps your backpack capacity to 27. I've used gibbed's editor in the past to increase backpack size changing the black market value from 5 to 0. But after the patch it was reverted back to 27, which really sucks. I don't feel motivated to play Borderlands 2 with a backpack cap at 27, anyone know a workaround for this patch to increase backpack capacity to at least 50 or something. This patch has made many people angry, 27 is not enough. In Dead Island, the girl Jin ( storage girl ) has a cap of 150 slots!! Come on Gearbox.... To summarize, a backpack capacity of 27 sucks major donkey *****. Anyone know an alternate way to increase Backpack capacity while avoiding the revert back to 27 due to the patch. You can have 42, but only until you exit and reload the game. Revert "Black Market Upgrades" to 0, then repurchase upgrades. Will have to be redone every time you play, but it works. Or you can use the "throw away" method. Over stuff your backpack with items you don't really want, then when you see an item you want, equip an unwanted item and hold "x". This will drop the equipped item and replace it with the wanted item. Not perfect, but it lets you add stuff you find in game that you want to keep.
