this happen before, i get a error when it tries to update 360revolution, i got it working last time because someone gave me a download link to a already updated version so it didn't have to update so if someone could do that or tell me how to fix it i will very appreciated.
I had this problem. Fixed it by running Windows Update and making sure I had all the .NET security patches installed.
