Unresolved 360 Revolution Unhandled Exception Error.

Hello. I have been attempting to use 360 revolution for three days now. Explored the forums for answers but not found one as of yet. When i attempt to open 360 rev it takes roughly 10 minutes for this error to appear:



Even after i exit the error and allow 360 rev to close this remains on my desktop:




and will not go away unless i restart my computer. Task manager does not even see the process. I have updated my frameworks 3.0 3.5 and 4.0 To no avail. I did however download it from c|net instead of the Xpgamer download link because when i try to download from the site my Down speed dwindles quickly from 300 kbps. to 0. and stops before it has 2000 Kb downloaded. Any ideas on how to fix this?
