    Powers = Unlocked and fully upgraded

    The save is at the start of the escape from prison mission(first mission).

    I'll give this a try sometime later but you might wanna fix your title lol from Didhonoered to "Dishonored" ;)

    Make sure u have change the ids right and rehash 2-3 times.
