Added : You can Edit Photos in Photos ...Editor. (Only Edit/Replace, perhaps adding later, not sure. (Screen01, Screen02) <br />

Right-Click => "Replace" to change picture. Picture are resized, and saved to JPG. (Also, if you resize by yourself, do not use Photoshop, prefer XnView for better results).<br />
<br />
If you see graybands on some picture(s) after loading, the next photo you'll take in the game will corrupt your save ! (Look here).<br />
<br />
So, Grey Bands => change Photo(s) ! <br />
<br />
