- Closet Key Unlocked (Including all Customes)<br />
- Once Again Mode Unlocked<br />
- Real Survivor Mode Unlocked<br />
- One Dangerous Zombie Mode Unlocked<br />
- Invisible Enemy Mode Unlocked<br />
- Unlimited Ammo Rocket Launcher and Handgun Unlocked for Once Again Mode<br />
- Completed once with both Jill and Chris (Jill Ending 3 / Chris Ending 6)<br />
