    feeling the excitement to get not only cqc but the achivement for completing it on invincible ememy mode then that's great hehe. so load up file 4 highlighted in orange where you start off in the lab save, then climb up the ladder up, open the door to your left & make your way to the rooftop elevator to enter. afterwards pick up the signal rockets & use it for a cutscene to play. finally once your on the results screen both these achievements should pop enjoy <3

    Thanks! Also I've discovered that if you load save 1 and finish the game The Survival Horror (finish the game in Real Survival mode) achievement pops as well!
