Once save is loaded select continue career, goto Exploration,<br />
scroll all the way to the last one “The Geyser Field†and start event. For the last skull location please visit the link i’ve included to a youtube video which shows the location of the last skull at the 3:00 min mark. It’s really simple to get, all you need to do is jump a gap. Once you get the skull you have to press Start and then Exit Game. <br />
