Halo 3 ODST Modded ammo, health Door issues test 04/06/2016

I have tried just ammo, clip size, Health maxed(invincible) together and just one of each mod and still same result cant open doors. Also where the door is supposed to be its gone and in its place is a mirror that looks real glitchy. Hope this is enough info. This file has everything maxed.
