Assassin's Creed Black flag *Vault Raider Achievement* 04/06/2016

You will get the Vault raider with this save and I'm not sure if any other achievements will pop up.<br />
All you have to do is go to the location on the screenshot. Just put your Profile ID and Device ID, rehash and resign <br />
