The Q1 barrage has paused slightly, perhaps to take a breath at the end of a very busy three months, but there’s still a lot to take in this week. Top of our priorities list around here is The Ringed City, the final DLC for Dark Souls 3 – and for the series overall. In equal first, there’s a new story chapter of Final Fantasy 15, focused on Gladio, and of course the huge Destiny content update to take us right through to sequel hype.

Elsewhere in triple-A, look for the latest MLB The Show release in North America, as well as yet another compilation re-release of the Kingdom Hearts series everywhere Square Enix thinks it can convince you to buy these games again.

The indie scene is bursting with treasures this week. The long-awaited Rain World drops, as does Rob Gilbert’s Thimbleweed Park. Sumo’s Snake Pass makes its way to almost everything, including Switch, and Vikings – Wolves of Midgard is here at last.

Souls-alike Salt & Sanctuary hits Vita, a great platform for it, and Punch Club finally comes to PS4.

There’s also a new episode of Telltale’s The Walking Dead: A New Frontier and, for some reason, a PS4 port of APB: Reloaded, the project that will apparently never die.

Looking further ahead? Check out our full list of 2017 video game release dates.

As always, PlayStation Store release dates may vary depending on region.
