Chris Redfield will return in Resident Evil 7 with an upcoming add-on. Resident Evil 7 is getting a DLC this spring that will bring one of the series’ most recognisable protagonists, Christ Redfield. Called Not a Hero, the add-on will be free to all owners of the game, but Capcom isn’t saying anything yet about how or why Redfield will be involved. It did confirm, however, that Not a Hero will be a “separate story.” We’ve only got those couple of screenshots below to go on, but the character design is definitely different from his Resident Evil 5 and 6 days.
