Hey, I've been working on this tool for a while now. It's not completely finished but I wanted to release it as it is right now. I believe you also need .NET 4.5 framework installed. Thanks! I really appreciate it I'll hopefully have a tool for Sonic Adventure soon, I'll start once I've gathered enough offsets.
Cheers, I've been working on this on and off for a few months now and decided it had gotten to a stage where it was good enough for release. I've tested it a lot but there still might be an offset or two I've mistyped so and bug reports are appreciated!

You just need to either press the symbol in the post editor, or use the Image bbcode: Promoted your thread to the homepage also
Can you reupload the links? the only link that i could get is from the site, anda the program just dont open

Everything should work but I may have accidentally removed something by accident when removing Chao Editing. i can't seem to get this to load up on windows. i'm using windows 10, although i did try it on my windows 7 pc with the same results. I tried different combinations of compatibility settings on both pc's. the program doesn't load up at all. what version of windows is this verified to work on?
