    Great news for Minecraft fans, a brand new version of Minecraft is due to be released for Windows 10, Microsoft’s new operating system which is set for for release on July 29th.

    The new Miecraft, which Microsoft is calling 'Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta' will be released as a working progress, hence the word 'beta' in the title.

    If you’re a Minecraft fan you will be buzzing about this good news, but hold on to your pickaxe because theres more... Yes more good news!
    There are over 20 million Minecraft players that own the PC edition of Minecraft, all of those people, including YOU will be able to download Windows 10 Edition Beta from the Windows 10 store for FREE.

    If you are one of the very few people that does not own Minecraft on PC, fear not, you can get it for a mere $10 during the beta period. The length of the beta period is still undecided.

    Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta will feature some familiar aspects of the current versions along with the following:

    The “Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition” beta will be available for download in the Windows 10 Store beginning July 29.
