Microsoft has announced that its Gamescom 2014 Xbox media briefing will take place on August 12 at 1 p.m. GMT, and that it will be live streamed.[/background][background=rgb(235,235,235)]
The event will be streamed live across Xbox Live, Xbox.com, Windows Phone, and through the Xbox Twitch channel. The company didnâ€™t say what it would be showing during the event, but added that it will contain the â€biggest reveals and the hottest highlights.â€[/background][background=rgb(235,235,235)]
The video above also teases that throughout Gamescom there will be some â€big surprises you will not want to miss.â€[/background][background=rgb(235,235,235)]
Sony is set to hold its own press conference on the same day at 6 p.m. GMT, and this will be followed by Square Enixâ€™s press conference on August 13.[/background]
