Sony has posted the third in a series of increasingly obvious teaser videos widely expected to point to the re-reveal of previously PS3 horror game Until Dawn now for PS4.

In the clearest hint so far, this new video contains a message which reads: "Watch horror reinvented on PS4".

While Sony itself is yet to officially confirm the subject of the videos, they're widely expected to point to a Gamescom re-reveal for Until Dawn, a horror game originally revealed for PS3 at the 2012 Gamescom expo.

The long dormant first-person horror game recently resurfaced in a US trademark filing after a two year hiatus, fueling rumors that the title has been re-engineered for a PS4 release, possibly as a virtual reality game compatible with the PS4 Project Morpheus headset.

This third trailer would appear to all but confirm a PS4 overhaul. Sony's Gamescom press conference, at which the announcement will be made, is on Wednesday at 6pm GMT, 10am PST.
