    I've never coded before, so I don't know if I should just start learning, and dive in to a skin, so what should I do?

    Oh i thought you were talking about a Freestyle Dash Skin, there are quite a few good website designers lurking around here so they should be able to give you a good headstart when they get on here ;)
    Sorry i couldnt help, never really played around with web stuff before apart from the old old days lol
