I played Gears of War 3 two Weeks ago and I only played 10 minutes. I was in the Menü and it said there is new Season Pass DLC available so I have downloaded it. After playing a while the first chapter I have unlocked the Achievement (Marcus its your Father 5 GS). However I have stopped playing. Then I have played Dead Space 1 and I completed all Achievements, after that I have played Dead Space 2 and also completed all Achievements. All Legit and no Cheating or Hacking. This took me about 2 Weeks of Non Stop Playing to complete both Games. Yesterday I started Gears of War 3 again and as soon as I was in the Menü boom there poped an Achievement for Reaching level 10 ( how can this be) and then I have loaded continue my Campaign and then Boom another Achievement popped for Reaching level 5 . And I have also unlocked the War supporter Medal and there also popped an Achievemnt for this. Now my Achievemnts are in the Wrong order. First I have unlocked level 10 and then 5 .. And also I think the War supporter Medal Achievement comes later. However I have continued the Campaign and unlocked another few Achievements for Story Progress. So now I am scared that Microsoft labels me as a Cheater or that I will get Reset. But I never did something Illegal to this Account. Did this happen because I have completed the other 2 Games ( Dead space 1+2 ) before ? What Bug is this ? Does Microsoft know about this ? Please help
Yes with my Legit Account I am always Online connected to Xbox Live. But I never played Gears of War 3 with this Account Online just like Team Deathmatch or anything else. I know you also get ranked up for playing the Campaign. But this is really messed up. I know if I were not Online I could reorder the Achievements with Tools but I dont want to touch this Account with any Tools. And since I was Online it already Synced the Wrong order with Microsoft Servers and On Xbox com it also shows the wrong order :ireful2:
You have nothing to worry about. M$ only resets people who are rampant non stop cheaters. There are tons of 100% legit people out there who have out of order achievements due to game malfunctions. If you have a couple of games that are out of order, m$ will not care at all. If you have 50+ then yeah it's obvious you cheated heavily and abused it.
Ok thanks. But what you mean with 50+ ? 50.000 Gamerscore ? Or do you mean if would have unlocked 50.000 Gamersocre at once ? Or only 50 GS points ?
Yea my account is legit and I've had achievement not pop up when they should and te pop up later which are out of order. Darksiders was one of them.

yeah its fine this happen to me on left 4 dead when i load [color=#009900 !important]the game[/color] i wanna start [color=#009900 !important]play[/color] then achievement pop! it say something but the achievement must have the dlc map and i dont even have dlc lol still no ban dont worry maybe its their fault lol
