Can somebody confirm is these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/170676382871?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 are the 100% correct DVDs to use to burn on the iHas for downloaded games? Thank you
Right, when I buy them I get 20 DVDs, which come in 2x10 disc spindles. However, for my last few burns of some different games I have a few problems, either with a game not installing, but will play. or giving "cant read disc errors" But what are the chance of BOTH batch of the 2x10 spindles been "bad batch"? is it possible?
Yeah mate that's who I get them off also, I just got there 5in1 usb-sata and power kit really good mate free postage and he send it all recorded sign for I have purchased 4 things from him in the last 2 weeks and I have had everything super fast, those are singapore Verb's MKM003's which are the best for XGD3 games but if you burn any XGD2 games mate you can use the cheaper Aones I just got a iHas524-T32 B flashed it and been burning a few XGD3 and Xgd2 games and not had one problem burns great 8.7gb on the singapore verb's that are 8.5 as long as you have flashed your ihas correctly and your using img burn with the correct settings each person uses different settings what can work great for me might be different for you you'll find the optimal settings once you do stick with them and always make sure you have run the iso through abgx360 even if where you get it from say's it already has been always do it yourself to make sure, if you have any problem's and need any help give me a shot I'll be glad to help
It will be your settings mate and this is some great info about the disc's A rip of an XGD2 game is 7,838,695,424 Bytes (7.8 GB); A rip of an XGD3 game is 8,738,846,720 Bytes (8.7 GB). The difference is about 191 MB that gets cut off at the end if you do not use the Burner Max firmware. Keeping this chunk of data intact on the backup is what the iXtreme Burner Max was created for. If you compare the 2 backups, notice how much area the additional 709 MB requires (difference between XDG2 and XGD3 images). Cheaper, lower-grade discs have greater areas of inconsistent dye at the outer tracks than higher-grade discs, such as Verbatim do. This isn't an opinion; it's not debatable; it's a fact so live with it. This is why c4eva has reported that only Verbatim discs have been burning consistently error-free. The statement, "But, my cheaper discs have always worked fine," is irrelevant as you will be burning them with a capacity they were never designed for. Don't be a cheap ass and use 6x-8x Verbatims (These will be MKM003's though you will be burning at 4x) For those of you who wonder why bother with a Burner Max drive for XGD3 games when they have been working fine so far: let's hold a contest to see who can guess the exact number of new security checks that fit inside the 191 MB getting truncated by not using one. The winner gets a freshly-banned console as well as discs that no longer boot; the runner-up gets a profile that's suspended until 12/31/9999 and a pile of coasters. i have bean using aone discs for a bit now i normally use verbs. i gave my m8 my copy of black ops 2 and it doesnt work at all on his box. what causes this delboy???
settings? i burn at 2.4 But what other settings do you mean? Lite-On iHAS 524-B C4EVA - XGD3 Ready - preflashed BURNERMAX is what I have
Make sure you run all the iso before you burn any through XBGX360 and on the options tab set the verbosity level to High and the Auto Fix Tab set the AutoFix Threshold to level 3 and save settings as default. For all XGD3 Games Settings for iHas524 B Which is what I have mate I use these settings In IMGBURN, mode tab then click write and at the bottom right hand corner the little icon are the advanced settings then Enable Force HyperTuning, Online HyperTuning, Smart Burn but disable Over Speed And clear the OPC cache before every burn. Then in Settings in the Write settings un-check OPC and put the Process Priority to HIGH, Then in the Read tab set Process Priority to High Build tab page 2 put the Read Buffer Size up to 512mb If you do use the verify option go to the Verify tab and set the Process Priorty to High again and the same for Graph Data Highest I/O Buffer size needs to be 512Mb And if your using Verb's MKM001's (printable verb's) burn at 2.4x and if your using Verb's MKM003's (singapore Verb's) burn at 4x and have the layerbreak set to optimal Hope this help's
Well I use these: so what speed should those be at 2.4 or 4? And how do I run the .ISO? what do you mean
when del says run the iso he means run it through abgx360 before burning and use the settings he has gave you and they are mkm oo3 if am not mistaken so it will be 4x
Run the image file through abgx360 how exactly have you been burning your own games? Thanks Bro yep MKM003's are 4x speed +Rep then I'm quite worried for you mate because if your burning your own games and you don't know what a iso or abgx is then there's a very good chance your going to end up banned you could of been playing games without them being stealth patched what exactly have you been doing?
abgx360 download> http://abgx360.net/download.php IMGBurn> http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download And there are plenty of good Tutorials on here at XPG on how to use abgx360 to correctly stealth patch your xgd3 games so they are safe for online play and I already gave you good settings for the iHas524 B to burn the full 8.7 without a problem are you sure your iHas has the iextreme burnermax firmware did you do it yourself?
lol ive ran games through ABGX and burned fine before. my mistake on them imgburn settings. ive found them.. Ive just burned hitman resolution... the game wont install..."cant read disc" error... however the game plays okay... So ive just used them imgburn settings and burning at x4 right now - il let you know the outcome but.... is it possible to get 2 batches of bad DVDs? Ive burned for example: Doom3, halo4, Black ops 2, Forza Horizon etc. And all play fine. The acutal ihas burner already came flashed. It was just I am down to my last 2 spindles of DVDs and since ive started using them Ive had nothing but problems
Right burning has finished, I placed the DVD into xbox and It picked it up straight away I clicked on install and it installed 1005 with no error 1st time... now that its installed 100% does that mean the DVD wrote fine and that it should play okay? Ive always based my burns on that if a game does not install it means the game wont play. however some games ive had before have not installed but played fine cheers
