So, during the course of the past seven or eight months, I have been pretty heavy on the modding. I got into it earlier this year and really took off with it. I've modded every game that I've purchased so far besides Black Ops 2. Knock on wood. Anyway, three days ago, my main XBL Account, KSI Plasma UD, was banned due to a violation of the terms of use. It is not a temporary ban, but the 12/31/9999 ban. This email is to notify you that your Xbox LIVE account privileges have been permanently suspended due to modification of your gamertag or other profile data. These modifications may include, but are not limited to: Altering the appearance of your gamertag or avatar Illegitimate gain of achievements or avatar awards Application of watermarks or other special identifiers that were not legitimately granted Unauthorized manipulation of in-game parameters Your conduct was brought to the attention of the LIVE Enforcement Team through complaints filed by other Xbox LIVE users or in the course of our operation of the service. The LIVE Enforcement Team has reviewed the complaints and other evidence regarding your conduct and determined it violates the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use and/or Code of Conduct. Because your conduct is in violation, the LIVE Enforcement Team has issued a permanent suspension. As you can see, someone reported me for changing my profile picture, my gamer score, and my XBL crown. I find this amusing in a sick kind of way due to the fact that I've been modding Halo 4 like crazy lately. But alas, I have lost all content on this account. I realize that I can mod all my saved games and possibly some .gpd files over to another profile ID, but at the moment I am unable to stop the automated renewal of the banned account (wtf) and of my Zune Pass amongst other things. If anyone knows of a way that will unban this account successfully, please leave a comment below. I have been informed that the old glitches and exploits do not work on the new dashboard. I have tried a few to no avail. Also, any attempts to "trick" xbox.com into letting me into my account is always met by the same message. Your account has been suspended from Xbox LIVE. You will not be able to sign in to Xbox LIVE until 12/31/9999. Email with more information has been sent to the Windows Live ID email address for this account. For more information about Xbox policies, see the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct and the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use I realize it may be a far cry to get this account back, but someone may know of a way. And please don't just tell me to make a new account. I have plenty of them. I want this one. Please help. I will pay if the need arises. I really want this account back. Thank you in advance.
Lmao simple dont mod and get caught out. There is no way to get it back. Sent from my galaxy S3 using Tapatalk 2
NEVER do mods on your main account, cause now anything you have purchased on it is GONE! ALWAYS mod on a secondary account. You can always make a new account if your xbox itself wasn't banned.
I just got banned as well, and you only have one choice. Take it like a man a permanent ban is just that, permanent.
I dont know if this works, "but did you try a license transfer". You can transfer the License from your Main Account to another one. I think maybe then you get all your downloads back that you have purchased with your Main Account. I just dont know but here is a Tutorial I have found in the Internet. Maybe you can make something out of this and combine it with other tricks. I didint make this Tutorial and I also did not try this. But hey maybe there is a chance to get at least something back. Just like everybody else says"Dont Mod on your Main Account" I have also learned my Lesson long time ago I know Modding is so much Fun, but "Consequence is no Coincidence" Let me Know if this Tutorial can help you :boobs: Keep your Head up Bro ! Here it is :why: What you will need: * Xbox 360 Console * Your Xbox LIVE Profile * Microsoft Points 800 or get bad name feedback. * Account info (E-mail & Password) * Extra E-mail address * Copy of your friends list (Write them down or goto xbox.com to export it) Tutorial Part 1&2 Part 1, (Windows Live ID Change): Turn on your Xbox 360. Sign into your Xbox Live profile. Go to the Settings Tab, and then select Account Management. Select Windows Live ID. Select Change Windows Live ID. If you have another Windows Live ID, select Yes, I do. If you do not have another Windows Live ID, go to Welcome to Windows Live to sign up for a Windows Live account. (This is why I said have an extra Live ID e-mail). Note: Your Microsoft Points balance will automatically be transferred to the new Windows Live ID. Enter the password for the Windows Live ID that is currently associated with your gamertag, and then select Sign in. Enter the e-mail address and the password for the new Windows Live ID that you want to associate with your gamertag, and then select Sign in. Select Yes, change to change the Windows Live ID associated with your Xbox LIVE account. Select Update Contact Information to update your contact information or select Done to finish. Part 2 (Gamertag Name Change): Sign in to Xbox LIVE with the profile whose Gamertag you want to change. Go to My Xbox and open your profile. Select Edit Profile, Gamertag. Read the scrolling information about changing your Gamertag. When you're done, select Continue. Enter a new Gamertag and select Done. If the Gamertag you want is already in use, you'll be offered several others to choose from. Press Back ( B) to try another Gamertag; repeat as needed until your chosen Gamertag clears the availability check. From the Edit Gamertag screen, review your Microsoft Points balance and choose from these options: * Select Confirm to complete your Gamertag change and deduct 800 Microsoft Points from your balance. * Select Redeem Prepaid Card to add Points to your membership using a prepaid card. * Select Cancel to change the new Gamertag you're requesting or press Back ( B) to return to the dashboard. Few Notes: * Changing the Windows Live ID automatically transfers all Microsoft Points to the new Windows Live ID. * Only one Windows Live ID change is allowed in a 30-day period (one change per gamertag). If you recently changed your Windows Live ID, you won’t be able to change the Windows Live ID again until 30 days have passed. * Before you can change the Windows Live ID associated with a child account, you must provide the Window Live ID information for the adult account with parental control. Advantages: * You can re-add games that was reset back to your profile. * You can Still keep your original gamertag name. * You can keep your hotmail or any e-mail that was with it. (I use my main E-mail for mine). * Can have new rep & change your Gamer Zone. Disadvantages: * You loose all of your Friends. * Loose all your Microsoft Points. * All of your Xbox Live Gold Time. * You also loose all of your stats in any game. * You can loose all of your Download Content. * Most of your DLC will still work as long as its on your xbox and you didnt have to download it again. (Kinda hard to explain) List of things to you can get back: * All of your friends list, (Just add them to the list) * Recover your DLC: Transferring Content Licenses to a New Console * Free Xbox Live gold there are sites or I'm sure your friends got some. * And Microsoft point, They don't that cost much.
Ok maybe this can help ? Just found a Youtube Tutorial. Check it out if this is really true ? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5nM9DbQQDk&feature=related
The videos from a year ago and it wouldn't be to farfetched to think that Microsoft patched that as soon as they saw it.
I tried that. It failed. I'm going to have to to the deny charges option. hh: Thank you so much for all this, but like XPGInfect said, you can't license transfer a banned account. This video isn't relevant anymore. I tried. They patched it shortly after that and THEN the new dashboard came out, so I don't think anything works anymore.
once they hit you with an xbox ban thats it for your account Game over ms policy WILL not revoke bans as anything done to your account regardless if it was you or not is your responsability cruddy but thats how it works they can ban at any time for any reason without any comebacks at all thats in there Code Of Conduct and Terms Of use when you sign up to xbox live
Interesting. I really hope so. I guess I'll just have to wait and see. Yeah. I was aware of this. I have actually read most of the terms of use in part B. I've got a new account now, so all should be well soon.
