    If the game is verified does that make it safer because some people say when games come out early that u can play on Xbox live no problem n I have been doing that with no ban I guess halo is different

    there's 130+ playing multiplayer online now. My mates taking his chances and is playing multiplayer too. ;)

    Still not convinced its safe yet though

    Games like Halo & Forza are made by Microsoft. Microsoft actually care when people go online, especially a huge game like Halo 4. 3+ Weeks early.
