You will first need a few files: 1. xbdm.xex (plugin that needs to be installed via dashlaunch) 2. SDK for xbox (it can be found on the ftp) 3. the RTE tool for whatever game you are trying to mod (obviously) First thing you do is place the xbdm.xex on the root of your xbox hdd and have dashlaunch point to it. Next install the Xbox SDK on your computer. Next thing to do is start the game you wish to mod on the xbox and launch the RTE tool on your computer. Once the you are in-game, type in the IP address of your xbox in the tool and press connect. Once connected, follow the instructions specific to the tool you downloaded to access the various mods. (Keep tool open on computer entire time you wish to use it). Good luck!
New version I released available. Includes get value button in manual poker, infinite shields and checks for updates on start http://www.mediafire.com/?hc94pebcd9djwjx
Getting an error due to split archive when trying to download. Is it possible to submit separate download links or another host? Thanks for the work you are doing.
For some reason when i click poke it saids "XDK could not be found" and i have the correct IP in, i have the XBDM.xex in the root of my HDD.
Did you make sure to point dashlaunch to it in the launch.ini and reload? Also did you make sure that the Xbox SDK was installed on your computer first? If you do have the SDK installed, check in the SDK folder located in the Program Files folder on your computer and you should see a "bin" folder. Inside the bin folder is folders for both 32 bit and 64 bit applications, make sure xdevkit.dll is already inside both.
@spec Try downloading dashlaunch 3.02 or 3.03 (latest), place the folder on your Xbox hdd and run the xex inside the installer folder. This should launch a GUI where you can configure dashlaunch without having to manually write the launch.ini and it will update your dashlaunch patches for you.
