    At this current moment I think they are still getting banned, although when Forza horizon comes out, it would be more safe than now

    I been playing since January and never got banned .. people got banned using the old burning method .. with the modded firmware burner your good to go, without it will never b safe

    Just dont mod the game, they track money I got console banned for being stupid a while back!
