    1.Click with the Second controller on Systemlink
    2.Search for an 1vs1 or 2vs2 game
    3.sign an offline profile (or xbox live profile lol) now are u on systemlink while in the lobby :p
    4.enable the last thing (idk whats called in english :p)
    5.Start the Systemlink Game And Done

    It works for you keep the title you pick till you turn the game off. But you can only choose titles and emblems before you start a first xbox online game. After that you are back to the titles and emblems you had unlocked another thing that is funny if a person clicks on your gamertag in the lobby or game it shows the offline profile used during the exploit not your xbox live profile in the lobby.

    The thing he means is enable competiion mode.
