I Think there should be an arcade added , its just another little thing for members to do and have fun with! I'm sure it would amuse some members for a little while with the leader-boards and such. I Am staff admin on another site and we have an referral system , but we also have a multiple account alert application so if anyone abuses it they just get banned. Even without the app the admins can just check everyone's referrals and see if there linked to any other accounts :king:
Yeah , the only other thing members could do is change there ip then do stuff but they would eventually be caught.
i think a referral system would encourage members to spam other sites with there referral link especially if theys rewards for referrals and thats one thing we dont want think thats why its never been added
Referrals would insight spamming other sites for people to join xpg. We have over a 1000 new registrations per day and i dont feel it would benefit the site in any way. Spam advertising is the worst kind of advertising for a site and is bad for seo... If anyone can convince me otherwise then i will gladly listen. As for the arcade system we tried that before and it wasnt a great success. That having been said all ideas to better the site are greatly appreciated.
Yeah but the referral system can also show who is truly dedicated to the site unless they are making more accounts. For the arcade ill talk to you in a PM about it
