So this is probably a stupid question but i've looked around quite a bit and i can't seem to find a straight answer to my question. What are the odds of being reset if i ONLY Mod my saves, No gamesaving, No achievement Unlockers. Just simple stat/Cash Modding. Preferably on a scale of 1-10 what the likelyhood would be. With 10 being the most likely and 1 being the least likely.
1 I'd say, as long as you don't pop achevos in the wrong order like completing on the hardest setting before normal when normal unlocks the hardest setting or collecting 50,000 coins before getting 10,000... that sort of thing you should be OK, getting high on the leader-boards can get you banned from that game but that's not very common, only a few games will do that.
the reason you have not and will not find a straight answer is because there isnt one, if there was then people would not get reset as they would know what to avoid doing and the answer to you question would be "no chance as long as........" in the end if your worried then dont Flubber around with anything
There is a 'Straight' answer, Theres just no guaranteed answer. I know that the answer is going to be an opinion for the most part. But thats really all i was looking for, an opinion from an experienced modder or two.
There are other variables aswell. I know you mentioned not poping achievements, but sometimes, stat modding will pop them. As for the out of order achievements, i would rate it 3, for the simple fact there are ways to get some out of order legit. An example would be, I recover my account at a friends house and get the achievement for Single Player, Reaching Level 10. I take that save home on a memory card. My internet is not working so I play the game and get the achievement for reaching level 20 and 30. I take the game save (not profile) to friends and get level 40 while online. 20 and 30 still aren't shown. (in most cases they will auto pop but in some they wont). Now I have a legit level 40 with out of order achievements. I've done this in Phantasy Star: Universe and Oblivion Legit. I have some modded achievements like on Lego Star Wars where I have the last achievement unlocked without playing the game. Still not banned From what you have asked, 0-1 is your probability. 1 only if some random admin randomly comes accross your account and that game has a way of tracking. -edit- Also, the odds increase as your gamerscore increases. If you have 900k Gamerscore, Some may pry a bit more as opposed to 7k Gamerscore.
Gamesaves are not safe if they pop out of order as of such and even then gamesaving can also get you banned but only a minimal % as long as you dont go overboard unless you unlock them offline then there is no way of telling cause there is no timestamp
