I used the 'GameSave mod tool' in Revolution to set rings to 9999, flash to 99, lives to 99, and I hit max stats, and max medals. However I believe the max stats writes a value above the actual in-game maximum, which causes a glitch on the werewolf version of sonic, which disables him from attacking. Is there anyway to lower the value on max stats? Or revert just that field? this is the right section, i dont think it is possible, unless its hex edited or theres another mod tool which lets you mod the exact stats to what you want them to be, after a quick google search there isnt. did you have a backup?
