I've been flashing an xbox slim and I replaced the drive PCB and flashed it, now the tray won't open but games work fine.

Any help? I press eject and the motor vibrates then stops.

Have you checked to make sure the tray has not come off the tracks?
also check the cogs and such to make sure there are no broken teeth. ;)

Like Evo says, check the outro again, with 0225 you need to hit outro a few times to get rid of the open try error.

It was the PCB I bought, it had the Kamikaze hack done and would't eject, I outro'd a few times but the motor sounds like it was powering up then powers down straight away.

I then put the original back in then it ejects straight away

I've sent the board back and bought a MXIC board, hopefully he'll refund me for the first board!

Yea sounds like it's more than just an outro reset.

It was more of a 'Tray won't open' rather than 'open tray error' lol It played games fine but I had to open up the drive put a disc in the close it lol oh well this new board better work!
