By any chance do you have netframework 4 installed? http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=17851 If your not sure try installing it and see if that helps your issue.

As you seen above it is suppose to be 2.608. Did you try deleting your old 360 rev and following that guide on how to install it? Have u tried a clean installation yet? Just as the others have stated, Please download the Latest Version of 360Revolution as your issue may have been resolved in a previous update. Holding this open for 48-hours before closing -- if not heard back from TC in regards to issue being resolved due to an outdated version of the application.
