Okay hey guys what's up, today i would like to try something new. Basically my idea is to create a huge community thread were we can all post game's that others might not have heard of or might like. This thread has two rules #1 NO SPAM - if someone posts a game you don't like no need to post saying "OMG that game sux brooo" lets keep it clean guys #2 KEEP IT SIMPLE - don't make your post complicated, keep it nice and simple and easy to read, try adding a picture, add a paragraph about what it is and why you think they should play it ok now we've got that out of the way lets get this topic running What is it Why should i play it Alan wake is one of the best story driven games i have played in awhile, the writing in the story is amazing, it feels like your in a tv show with believable characters that you can really empathize with, there are also twists, turns and cliffhangers that'll keep you immersed throughout, it's split into episodes too stay true to it's thriller like television show style, they also have a really good mechanics, such as the flashlight where the enemies are bathed in "darkness" and you with your trusty flashlight have to burn the darkness away before your enemies can take damage or the manuscript pages that give hints about what horrors might be lurking around the next corner. To cut a long story short, if you want a game with a very deep story experience, good gameplay, believable characters a good soundtrack and evil woodsmen then Alan wake is for you.
Great Idea. Introduction: Steins;Gate is a 2009 Japanese Xbox 360, PC, and PSP visual novel game (with the PC version receiving an unofficial English translation in 2011), created by developers Nitroplus and 5pb. It is a spiritual successor to the similarly themed ChäoS;HEAd[1] It's to some degree a classic hard science fiction tale about unimaginable technological advances, and their potential (...for abuse), but its peculiar perspective and setting really sets it apart. The story is centered around the self-proclaimed "Mad Scientist" Rintarō Okabe, whose paranoia and grandiose demeanor are a poor match indeed for the extremely humble advancements to science he have supposedly achieved in the makeshift "Future Gadget Laboratory" of his small Akiharaba apartment. Here he works with a dubious "research group" consisting of the gentle and kind, but also childish, airheaded, and none-too-bright waitress Mayuri Shiina, and the full-on otaku, eternal pervert, and exceedingly skilled hacker Itaru Hashida. Along with the young scientific prodigy Kurisu Makise, they are soon drawn into an elaborate string of mysterious events, involving the ruthless ambitions ofSERN and manipulation of time itself... a mystery that begin with Kurisu's most untimely death. Can the unbreakable chain of cause and effect be reforged? And if so, at what price? I like this game because it's a visual novel that tells a very interesting and in depth story on these interesting characters. And it's very fun.
In No More Heroes: Heroes' Paradise, players journey through the sunny city of Santa Destroy as Travis Touchdown, battling to eliminate some of the world's deadliest assassins. Equipped with a razor sharp Beam Katana sword, players start off as the 11th ranked assassin and try to move up the ranks to position themselves as the ultimate killer. During the course of the game, players encounter Sylvia, a mysterious woman from the United Assassins Association, who arranges fights with other higher ranked assassins to help Travis become the number one in the world. Players will either ride through the town on Travis' trusty motor bike or travel on foot to arrive at Travis' next assignment. (i liked this game because its has a lot of action/blood/sex/ semi swearing XD) (This game needs to be modded)
What is it Why should i play it Devil May Cry is a hack and slash beat em up fast paced game were you play as a demon hunter called Dante which is ironically half demon, it's one of those games that doesn't take itself seriously with an over the top cocky main character, i could go into the story line but basically you kill demons, lots of them, with your sword and dual handguns and because of this combination you can smash a guy into the air with your sword, juggle him with your guns while decapitating the enemies surrounding you, so yeah definitely worth checking out
What is it Why should i Play it Gotham City imposters is a fresh take on the fps genre, where you can use the huge character customization to create your very own b-man or mr.J, you can select a various number of sizes for you character from a huge tank (to sponge more shots) or a very skinny woman (to travel long distances very quickly) you can also add multiple attachments and camo's to your large selection of strange guns, ever wanted to kill people with a flyswatter while gliding through the air while wearing rollerblades? well GCI is for you. its like call of duty for the criminally insane
