Yes - It's been around for a while and it works; I've been using it. Just so you know, there is an "Unnofficial" version of the same Liberty tool modified by a dude names 'WiiSixtyFour' which also has Halo: ODST included in it; same stuff -- invincibility, max ammo. Apparently the original/official Liberty doesn't support ODST yet, but this one does.
